This is the first time I’ve had an injection and didn’t feel anything. Life is good!

What I really enjoy is…I’m 64 now, and he’s the first dentist I’ve ever had who called me after a procedure to say how are you doing? The first time he called I was a little nervous, like what went wrong, and he said, “Nothing, I was just calling to see how you were doing.” That tells me something right there. He cares about his patients.

Interviewer: All right. So, Michael…

Michael: Good morning.

Interviewer: Good morning. You’ve been a patient here for the past couple of years, right? And you just told me a moment ago you were kind of nervous when the other doctor retired, but how’s everything been going with Dr. Bob?

Michael: It’s going fantastic. He walked in, introduced me to a new way of injection, which is the first time I ever had an injection that I didn’t feel anything. It was good.

Interviewer: Okay, good. All right, so you feel comfortable then?

Michael: I’m very, very comfortable.

Interviewer: Okay, good.

Michael: He’s very personable. I feel very comfortable. I don’t have any qualms coming to the dentist.

Interviewer: Okay, good. I know we did a couple of things for you. We’ve done some fillings, done some crowns. Everything gone smoothly.

Michael: Everything went good. I really enjoyed it. He’s the first dentist I’ve had, about 64 now, and he’s the first dentist I’ve ever had who called me after the procedure and said, “How are you doing?” The first time he called me I was a little nervous like, “Why? What went wrong?” And he said, “Nothing, I was just calling to see how you’re doing.”

Interviewer: Oh, good.

Michael: I thought that tells me something right there.

Interviewer: All right, great. So…

Michael: He cares about his patients.

Interviewer: Good. Well, thanks a lot, Michael.

Michael: Okay.
